Service Crew

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Service Crew member in Singapore. The role covers welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks and keeping the dining area tidy, working alongside the team to deliver efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
