About the role
Fuku is hiring a full-time Service Crew Waiter/Waitress in Singapore. The role covers all aspects of table service, from greeting guests to clearing tables and helping with end-of-day closing.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly, present the menu and take accurate orders with recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Handle customer requests and feedback positively
- Clear and set up tables and keep the dining area clean and tidy
- Work with the kitchen and service teams to keep operations smooth
- Process payments and help with end-of-day closing duties
Required profile
- Minimum primary school education or equivalent; no experience required, training is provided
- F&B experience is an advantage
- Friendly, positive, presentable and customer-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
