Service Engineer – Power & Industrial Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to drive engineering solutions and heat‑transfer services for power and industrial plants in Singapore. The role blends technical expertise with client‑facing activities, from site assessments to delivering customized proposals and overseeing project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Harris Pye’s heat‑transfer solutions and generate new business in the power and industrial plant sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits, technical assessments and prepare comprehensive bids or proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and lead project execution, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences and client meetings.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Engineering degree related to power or industrial plant systems.
• Over 10 years of technical experience in inspections, repairs, refurbishment and turnkey projects.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales.
