Service Parts Coordinator (Inventory & Distribution) – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Service Parts Coordinator on a one‑year contract to support our inventory and distribution operations. The role ensures that parts are available for technicians and customers, contributing to smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily inventory transactions such as goods receipt, stock transfers, rentals, picking, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete, and excess stock and propose corrective actions to the Parts Manager.
• Coordinate timely distribution of parts to service technicians, dealers, and customers.
• Collaborate with service teams to guarantee parts availability for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in the NERP/WMS system.
• Track urgent and back‑ordered parts requirements and support counter‑parts sales during lunch breaks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or parts operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NERP/WMS inventory management systems.
