Service Technician – FRS Operations

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Service Technician for its Fire Rescue Systems (FRS) team in Senoko, Singapore. You will join the Operations department and be responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, inspections and emergency repairs on FRS equipment following safety and quality standards.
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives across the service footprint.
• Interact professionally with customers, using product knowledge to answer technical queries.
• Assist specialists in setting up and testing new products or processes, seeking guidance when needed.
• Maintain accurate stock records and follow requisition procedures.
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules and ensure appropriate manpower.
• Adhere to Survitec Health, Safety and Environment policies and promote a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• High school education (minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, capable of working unsupervised in at least one Survitec service line.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
