Service Technician

About the role
We are seeking a service‑oriented technician with a caring heart to join our dynamic team at AGIS Medical Supplies. The role involves assembling, maintaining and supporting a range of medical equipment such as motorised wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds and home nursing devices.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble new medical equipment for delivery to customers.
- Provide after‑sales technical support, warranty service and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment on site or in the workshop.
- Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- Relevant technical qualification (ITE, Nitec or N/O level).
- Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in technical support is an advantage.
Required skills
- Ability to assemble and test medical equipment.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair procedures.
