Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

About the role

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator oversees the end‑to‑end parcel flow for cross‑border operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining strong client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assign daily tasks to Cross Border Operation Assistants.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipment processes, including customs clearance, duties and permit requirements.
• Oversee COD collections and parcels that need special permits.
• Monitor shipment status, verify accuracy of inbound vs. outbound performance.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound and return shipments, providing daily volume updates and handling damaged parcel cases.
• Track the full parcel life‑cycle, generate performance reports and highlight recurring issues.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and fleet teams to ensure smooth parcel tracking and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cross‑border logistics, shipping or related operations.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, duties and permit processes is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
