Site Reliability Engineer, Emerging Technology

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will work closely with application teams and engineers from diverse backgrounds to automate operations, optimise infrastructure and troubleshoot issues in a fast‑paced environment. You will ensure systems are reliable, scalable and high‑performing while continuously learning new technologies and tackling complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, highly available Continuous Integration pipelines.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes.
• Automate build and deployment workflows and design software to streamline manual operations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across cloud and on‑premises infrastructures.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of critical incidents and develop long‑term remediation.
• Maintain scalable logging and monitoring infrastructure.

Required profile

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or an infrastructure‑focused role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or Python.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, networking, databases and system administration.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
