Site Supervisor – Lift Project

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee lift installation projects on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, project managers, engineers, and client representatives to deliver safe and compliant lift systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and progress of works against the project schedule.
• Receive, account for, and plan delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate testing, storage, and logistics with subcontractors.
• Assess site progress and collaborate with the Project Manager and Engineer on scheduling, material handling, and manpower planning.
• Liaise with subcontractors on safety, QA/QC, and logistical matters.
• Control subcontractor work progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure subcontractors complete and submit required documentation.
• Address resident and client feedback promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on the job site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and photographic documentation.
• Coordinate joint inspections and handover procedures for lift turn‑on with in‑house teams and subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lift project installation, site supervision, or related infrastructure projects.
• Positive, open‑minded attitude with an outcome‑oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership of duties and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective coordination with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Familiarity with Singapore safety regulations and site practices.
