Site Supervisor – Queenstown

About the role

Ross Reid is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead land development and earthworks projects in Queenstown. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations to meet civil standards for time, safety, environment, cost and quality.
• Lead subcontractors and in‑house staff, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly and project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with TP 90, GD 05 and local council standards.
• Oversee heavy earthworks plant and machinery usage.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years experience as a foreman or site supervisor in civil construction.
• Earthworks and land development background.
• Commitment to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Good reading and writing skills for site documentation.
