Site Supervisor – Viaduct & Tunnel Experience

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee civil and architectural works on infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with authority and agency standards. This role involves direct supervision of permanent and temporary works, coordination with contractors and partners, and support for project monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civil, architectural, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches, and utility diversions.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and site partners to align project activities.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for the erection of precast concrete components.
• Inspect and assist in the issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and supervise safety, environmental, and health matters.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payment.
• Assist in operating the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers or bridges.
• Site/work safety certifications and contractor site work experience are advantageous.
