SMB Account Executive, Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is hiring an Account Executive for its SMB team in Singapore, focused on the Talent, Employer Branding and Learning solutions. The role targets high-growth small and medium businesses across the ANZ region, with a hybrid work arrangement combining home and office days.

Key responsibilities

• Find, prospect and win high-growth SMBs across the ANZ region
• Create and run outbound SMB sales strategies and respond to inbound enquiries
• Understand customers' objectives and challenges through layered, open questions
• Build reliable forecasts and manage the pipeline effectively
• Recommend solutions rather than products, and drive customer decisions toward a shared vision
• Negotiate deals with commercial acumen and use data to support recommendations or overcome objections
• Identify further ways to increase customer value and grow the account
• Plan territory and accounts, meet quota targets, and follow CRM and sales tool best practices

Required profile

• 3+ years selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions
• Preferred: BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
• Preferred: experience selling to SMBs or high-growth companies in the ANZ market
• Ability to multithread and sell to different business stakeholders
• Understanding of the talent acquisition and learning industry
