Social & Content Manager, Singapore

About the role

Privilee is a global lifestyle and wellness membership giving people access to gyms, boutique fitness studios, pools and resorts. Having operated in the Middle East for 10 years, it is launching its first country, Singapore, and is looking for an in-market Social Media & Content Manager. This is the first on-ground marketing hire, so the company wants someone confident, proactive and ready to shape how Privilee shows up in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, post and optimise content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels, keeping feeds fresh, consistent and on brand.
• Concept, shoot and edit social-first content that captures Privilee's world through a lifestyle lens, going out across the city to inspire members.
• Stay on top of trends, platform features and cultural moments and turn them into brand-relevant ideas.
• Lead the Singapore Privilee Ambassador Club: identify and manage influencers and content creators, from outreach and collaborations to content capture and events, and track their performance.
• Work with copywriters, designers and marketing leads so every piece of content is consistent and unmistakably Privilee.
• Build relationships with editors and shape stories that make headlines.
• Use data and insights to refine what works and push the boundaries of what's next.

Required profile

• 4-6 years' experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing, ideally in lifestyle, wellness or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, if preferred.
• Proven eye for storytelling, aesthetics and short-form content that performs.
• Experience running creator programs and managing influencer collaborations.
• Based in Singapore and willing to go out to gyms, resorts and events to create content.

Required skills

• Strong shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe or similar).
• Deep understanding of platform trends, analytics and best practices.
