Social Media Manager – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Kallang, Singapore’s premier sports, entertainment and lifestyle destination, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager on a 1‑year contract. You will lead the planning, creation, publishing and optimisation of social‑first content across its multiple platforms, helping to grow online communities and drive visitation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an always‑on social media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and RedNote (Xiaohongshu).
• Build and maintain annual, monthly and weekly content calendars tied to concerts, sporting events and corporate initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends, platform updates and cultural moments for timely content.
• Generate creative concepts, write copy and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies.
• Capture real‑time content during events and produce short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and RedNote.
• Coordinate content approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong understanding of the fast‑moving social media landscape.
• Excellent copywriting and content planning abilities.
• Passion for creating content that resonates with local and regional audiences.
• Experience in short‑form video production, creator collaborations and social media analytics is advantageous.
