Social Media Manager (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Social Media Manager to shape and execute brand‑centric social strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys experimenting with new formats, and can lead projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement always‑on and campaign‑based social media strategies, mapping short‑ and long‑term plans.
• Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and publishing schedules for Meta, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Supervise content flighting, ad boosting, and ensure best practices for organic and paid media.
• Manage community moderation, crisis response, and timely on‑brand interactions.
• Monitor brand health with social listening tools, produce performance reports, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, maintain client relationships, and manage budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and paid campaigns.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask across projects.
• Experience with entertainment, film, tourism, travel, luxury, or automotive brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar content management and publishing tools.
• Experience using social listening platforms and analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok advertising formats.
