Social Media Manager – Global & Multi‑Market

About the role

Beyond The Vines is looking for a Social Media Manager to own its social presence across multiple markets. You will shape and execute a global social strategy, create compelling content, and drive measurable growth for both retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a global social strategy and market‑specific playbooks, translating brand pillars into platform‑specific narratives.
• Build and maintain a 12‑month editorial calendar aligned with product drops, collaborations, store openings and activations.
• Lead concepting, storyboarding and asset production for photo/video shoots, short‑form videos, carousels and livestreams.
• Write and localise captions, manage daily publishing, tagging, link tracking and highlight curation.
• Oversee community management, set response SLAs and collaborate with Customer Service.
• Partner with Influencer Marketing on creator collaborations and content usage rights.
• Manage platform ownership across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LINE, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo and future Douyin launches.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards linking social metrics to traffic, conversion and CRM growth.
• Run structured experiments on formats, CTAs and posting windows, and share learnings.
• Manage social budget lines for boosting, whitelisting and content production.
• Maintain content calendar, asset library, version control and ensure compliance with music licensing and platform policies.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of social media experience for premium lifestyle, fashion or design‑led brands.
• Experience managing multi‑market social strategies preferred.
• Strong creative judgement in both visual and copy domains.
