About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media & Account Manager to join our fast‑paced agency environment. The role blends strategy, content creation, and client servicing, supporting leading retail and consumer brands with frequent launches and always‑on content needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, maintaining monthly content calendars.
• Generate trend‑led content ideas, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure brand tone and quality.
• Participate in content shoots, contribute creative concepts, and stay current on creator culture.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, translating business objectives into actionable social recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects on time, supporting integrated campaigns for retail, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing within an agency setting.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative ideation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality and client service.
