Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to lead the organic presence of a fast‑growing fintech client. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from ideation and content creation to publishing and community interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily organic posting and active community management on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and Reddit.
• Produce your own short‑form video content, handling shooting, editing and publishing without relying on designers.
• Prioritise raw, trend‑driven content over highly polished, branded material.
• Develop and run creator, affiliate and influencer programmes, including user‑generated content initiatives.
• Define the social strategy and execute it personally, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media, content creation or community management.
• Demonstrated ability to create and edit short‑form video content.
• Comfortable operating on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and Reddit with a clear sense of what works on each platform.
• Experience or strong interest in creator, affiliate and influencer programmes; personal following is a plus.
• Open background – agency or in‑house experience is equally valued.
