Social Media Manager

About the role

Mutant is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and expand its social media services for a diverse portfolio of global, regional and local clients. You will act as the primary contact for clients, shaping strategy and delivering campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Mutant’s social media offering, ensuring creativity and impact for client businesses.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proposing and executing social media strategies in collaboration with PR and Content teams.
• Research, design and implement creative strategies for global campaigns across established and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate across teams from audience insight and trend analysis through content creation, media execution, optimisation and performance measurement.
• Build and refine content operations and processes to deliver at the speed of social media.
• Establish performance frameworks, analyse results and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

Required profile

• Confident, articulate professional with deep knowledge of current social media trends and opportunities.
• Strong network in Singapore and/or Asia and a visual eye for compelling content.
• Proven track record of leading successful social media campaigns that meet client business goals.
• Results‑driven, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
