Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a crypto‑native Social Media Manager to lead and expand our digital presence across key platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will shape insight‑driven content strategies that boost brand positioning, community engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media strategy on X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to align social initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
• Plan, manage and optimise editorial calendars, tailoring content formats for each channel.
• Write and edit copy for social posts, email marketing, website pages and campaign assets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as speakers, sponsors and business teams to create targeted content.
• Track, analyse and interpret performance metrics, providing regular KPI reports and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and landscape analysis, staying current with trends in crypto, web3, AI and fintech.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, social trends and digital marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with strong attention to tone and detail.
• Proven track record of building content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth.
• Hands‑on experience with social analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and creative problem‑solver with a high sense of ownership.
• Solid understanding of crypto, web3 or AI ecosystems (strong advantage).
