About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead the short‑form content strategy for a personal brand in the education sector. The role focuses on audiences interested in building AI agencies and is fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a short‑form content strategy for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging videos and copy that align with the brand’s educational objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise content for reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
- Stay up‑to‑date with trends in social media, AI and education and incorporate best practices.
- Interact with the audience, respond to comments and nurture an online community.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing personal or educational brands on short‑form platforms.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
