Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop and execute social media strategies that raise One X Group’s brand visibility and drive engagement across global markets. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure social initiatives align with broader digital marketing and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on major social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Maintain and update social media content calendars.
• Tailor messaging for different audience segments and regions.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and foster brand advocacy.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to showcase the company’s AI and technology expertise.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, planning and executing multi‑platform campaigns.
• Strong background in content creation, including copywriting and visual coordination.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and ability to align social initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI, technology consulting or B2B services is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
