Social Media Producer (1-year contract)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Social Media Producer to shape our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and other platforms. Working closely with the social media lead, you will turn ideas into engaging short‑form videos, carousels and posts that inform, entertain and spark conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pitch platform‑native content ideas for a younger audience.
• Produce short‑form videos and visual posts from scripting to publishing, including filming, editing, captioning and scheduling.
• Support daily output with video stitches, explainers and trending‑topic pieces.
• Adapt site stories into compelling social posts with strong headlines and visuals.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure quality, consistency and relevance.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and X trends to identify quick‑turn content opportunities.
• Assist in planning content calendars and contribute to weekly brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital content production.
• Strong command of written English and ability to craft sharp captions and headlines.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with shift work, irregular hours, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback well.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with CapCut (basic motion‑animation skills a plus).
