Software Engineer (Corporate Data Tech)

About the role

We are looking for talented Software Engineers to join a product team dedicated to building digital products that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive workforce productivity. In this role you will design and deliver robust, scalable enterprise applications that manage corporate data end‑to‑end from ingestion through to serving that data to internal business consumers and applications, including AI‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack applications using AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.
• Write and maintain high‑quality, maintainable code and technical documentation such as ADRs and RFCs.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and ensure application observability through logging, metrics and monitoring.
• Participate in agile sprint cycles, peer code reviews, and proactively resolve issues.
• Share best practices by publishing internal tech blogs and leading knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines to securely move, transform, and sync data across disparate networks.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern web development technologies such as Spring Boot, React and Python.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Knowledge of search engines like Elasticsearch and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry.
• Comfortable working in small, fast‑moving teams and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions.
