Software Engineer – Google Wallet 1P Integrations

About the role
Google is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Wallet 1P Integrations team. You will work on critical Gmail, Photos and Android integrations that power intelligent passes in Google Wallet, impacting millions of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain features that import pass data from Gmail, Photos, and Android into Google Wallet (receipts, flight reservations, loyalty cards, event tickets, offers, hotel reservations).
- Design and implement new UI building blocks and backend improvements with a focus on maintainability and reusability across the Android app and Google Play Services modules.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to ensure high code quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work on full‑stack problems and collaborate across teams.
