Software Test Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer to join our hearing‑aid technology team in Singapore. The role will be part of an Agile development environment, focusing on both manual and automated testing of Windows desktop and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in sprint activities, contributing to quality goals throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Design and review test specifications covering functional, system integration, performance and compliance testing.
• Create, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases, test data and traceability matrices.
• Develop and enhance UI automation frameworks using FlaUI for Windows and SpecFlow (BDD) for behavior‑driven testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test planning, defect tracking and reporting.
• Analyse test results, consolidate metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases.

Required profile

• Good understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and testing processes.
• Experience testing desktop and/or mobile applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
