Specialized Talent Sourcer (Semi-Conductor Industry)

About the role

The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions in the semiconductor industry. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the role aligns sourcing efforts with organizational goals and builds a steady pipeline of specialized talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand niche job requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Post attractive adverts on specialized job boards and process applications promptly.
• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques (X‑Ray, Boolean, data mining) to identify and engage candidates.
• Develop and nurture talent communities through mobile/email campaigns, cold calling and recruitment marketing.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum High School diploma; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within the semiconductor or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks, meet deadlines and handle niche recruitment requirements.
• Strong communication, research and market analysis capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Data mining and use of sourcing extensions/aggregators.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with mobile and email campaign tools for candidate outreach.
