Staff Engineer, Leadership Development, Learning & Transformation

About the role

Micron is hiring a Staff Engineer for its Fab10 site in Singapore to design and run leadership development programs that prepare leaders to guide AI-driven business and workforce transformation. The role works closely with Fab10 leadership teams and partners with external learning providers and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve leadership development programs aligned with Fab10's strategic priorities, AI-driven transformation roadmap and capability needs, and build a future-focused leadership framework.
• Assess emerging business and industry trends and embed relevant leadership competencies in development programs.
• Develop leadership journeys for emerging, middle-level and senior leaders.
• Partner with Fab10 leadership teams to identify capability gaps and turn business challenges and transformation initiatives into targeted development solutions.
• Ensure programs support operational excellence, innovation, talent development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Work with internal and external experts to bring in best practices and emerging leadership trends.
• Plan, develop, implement and govern programs end to end, setting objectives, milestones, budgets and execution plans, and drive improvement through data-driven evaluation and benchmarking.
• Build partnerships across business functions and with external institutions, learning providers and industry partners, and facilitate workshops, forums and executive engagements.
• Present recommendations, progress updates and strategic insights to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, engineering, program management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization and working with senior leaders and executives.
• Proven ability to turn business strategy into actionable development programs.
• Added advantage: professional certifications in leadership development, organizational development, change management, coaching or program management, and experience collaborating with universities, industry associations or learning partners.
