Staff Nurse – Adults Home

About the role

ABER CARE is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high‑quality care for adults with special needs in a residential setting across Singapore. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, therapeutic, and person‑centred services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments and wound‑care interventions as prescribed.
• Develop, implement and review individualized care plans in collaboration with allied health, behaviour support and therapy teams.
• Provide emotional support during resident meltdowns and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Supervise and mentor nurse aides or healthcare assistants, offering clinical guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Relevant experience caring for adults with special needs.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) and alternate Saturdays.
