Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse – Clinic 3A

About the role

The Clinic 3A team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care. You will work closely with physicians and allied health professionals to meet patients' physical and emotional needs in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care for assigned patients.
• Provide safe and competent care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Perform routine nursing duties such as medication administration, blood collection and assistance with clinic procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to ensure smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
• Undertake any other duties delegated by the department reporting officer.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self‑motivated, able to work well in a team and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
