Staff Professional, Sales Operations

About the role

Marvell is hiring a Staff Professional in Sales Operations to support regional customers. You will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) order management process, from quotation and order booking through shipment, billing and after-sales RMA support, while managing accounts, aligning forecasts and ensuring transactions comply with trade regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full QTC lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance at every stage.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned new and existing regional customers, accounts or product lines.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with regional sales, business units, demand and supply planning and other stakeholders.
• Handle customer returns (RMA) in line with company policy and ensure timely resolution.
• Review forecast versus bookings, billings and backlog regularly with customers and work with business units and operations teams to align supply and drive forecast accuracy.
• Manage 3PL hub operations, including forecast analysis, replenishment planning, consumption projections and inventory optimization.
• Support new business strategies, such as coordinating sample shipments for customer qualifications and pilot runs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in order management or sales operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assess the impact of decisions before acting, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python and Power Query.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Ability to use AI and data-driven tools to improve processes.
