- Integrate cross-functional plans for facilities and utilities readiness, tool move-in, TIQ and qualification, material and process readiness, staffing, training, quality systems and production ramp, and maintain an end-to-end readiness view.
- Coordinate capability and ownership transfers between F10, MSH, MTB, PDE, APTD and partners, and align training, technical support, documentation and resource demand.
- Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies and decisions across the portfolio, quantify schedule and business impact, and support business continuity and scenario planning.
- Build dashboards and executive reports, validate data and give data-driven recommendations to the program leader.
- Standardize PMO templates and routines, use digital tools and automation to improve data quality, and coach workstream owners on program-management discipline.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive project or program-management experience in semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and test, high-volume manufacturing or a similar complex environment.
- Proven track record integrating technical and business workstreams for a site startup, capacity ramp, technology transfer, major capital program or operational transformation.
- Experience supporting senior leaders through governance forums, executive reporting and cross-organizational alignment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows, equipment and facilities readiness, qualification, quality systems and production-ramp dependencies is an advantage.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Required skills
- Integrated planning, critical-path management, milestone and phase-gate governance, RAID management, change control and resource planning.
- Advanced proficiency with scheduling, collaboration, dashboard and data-analysis tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise generative AI and copilots, including prompt design and human-in-the-loop workflows, applied responsibly.
