About the role
We are seeking a proactive Stock Controller to manage the stockroom of our boutique located in Singapore’s Changi Airport. The role ensures that inventory processes run smoothly, supporting the retail team in delivering a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily stockroom operations, including receiving, packing, replenishment and stock transfers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the designated system.
- Ensure the stockroom is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist the store team with ad‑hoc operational issues related to inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management or inventory control.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
- Team‑player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to adopt new technologies.
