Stockroom Operations Assistant (Luxury Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Stockroom Operations Assistant to join our Singapore MBS store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure the stockroom is well organised, optimise space and uphold Loro Piana standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing items in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clear and tidy warehouse organisation for the sales team.
• Keep the stockroom and sales‑floor stock areas clean and orderly.
• Support inventory activities and handle products requiring repair.
• Coordinate with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure correct shipping procedures and timing.
• Provide the sales team with accurate stock availability information.
• Assist the sales team in arranging products post‑sale.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑end fashion, luxury industry or a similar role.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated, pleasant and a good team player.
• Problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
