About the role

ITEM HOUSE is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in Yishun, Singapore. You will lead a sales team, ensure smooth business activities, and uphold high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to improve productivity.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and loss‑prevention measures.
• Maintain merchandise displays in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare work schedules and assign daily responsibilities to store staff.
• Monitor sales performance and submit regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and maintaining efficient store operations.
