Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. Working closely with store, general and production managers, this role acts as a bridge between the organization and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line manager in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, lead generation data, and customer onboarding summaries to senior management.
• Develop sales presentations and tools to support the team.
• Maintain client communication, gather feedback, and ensure high service standards.
• Initiate sales strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.
• Monitor marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline, preferably with a marketing focus.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to varying opening hours.
