Strategic Insights Manager – APAC

About the role

The Strategic Insights Manager APAC will lead the development and execution of Heineken's Strategic Insights agenda across the Asia‑Pacific region, aligning with the Evergreen 2030 strategy. You will partner with senior regional stakeholders to turn consumer and shopper insights into growth opportunities for brands, categories and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a region‑wide Insight agenda that drives consumer‑inspired growth.
• Define and execute a future‑focused insight and learning plan that answers the big questions for category growth and deep consumer understanding.
• Act as the business expert on category and consumer/shopper dynamics, integrating insights into commercial, brand and trade‑marketing activities.
• Lead the Insight design and delivery for the Global Tiger® brand and support ad‑hoc research for key commercial initiatives.
• Build and scale CMI capability across the region, managing the APAC CMI community and ensuring deployment of tools such as the Insight engine.
• Collaborate with other Strategic Insights Managers to ensure synergy and avoid overlap.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer insight, category & commercial insight, strategic planning, or brand and innovation within a global FMCG organization.
• Strong OpCo experience in a large‑scale environment and proven cross‑functional collaboration at regional or global level.
• Fluent in English with the ability to influence and drive action across the region.
