Strategy & Operations Manager – APAC Marketing (AI Transformation)

About the role

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead the AI transformation of its APAC Marketing organization. You will work closely with regional leadership to define and execute an AI roadmap that drives growth, efficiency, and innovation across campaigns and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with APAC business objectives.
• Pilot, prototype, and scale high‑impact AI use cases across marketing operations.
• Act as the bridge between regional, global, and product teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage measurement workflows, stakeholder communication, and operational processes such as planning, budgeting, and team meetings.
• Promote AI literacy and upskill talent throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of program management or consulting experience, preferably in strategy & operations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a bias to action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project‑management skills.
• Proven analytical track record turning ambiguous challenges into data‑driven, AI‑powered solutions.

• Experience with enterprise marketing automation systems
• Understanding of data architecture for building prototypes and analyzing complex datasets
