About the role
The company is seeking a Supervisor / General Foreman to oversee metal, machinery and related trades across its islandwide operations. This senior executive position involves planning, coordinating and supervising work to ensure efficient production.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret specifications and job orders.
- Determine sequence of operations and appropriate equipment usage.
- Estimate manpower requirements and assign duties to workers.
- Analyse and resolve work problems.
- Coordinate work of multiple units with other units.
- Recommend or initiate personnel actions.
- Supervise co‑workers and provide assistance as needed.
Required profile
- Senior executive level with experience supervising metal, machinery and related trades.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and plan operations.
- Strong coordination and problem‑solving capabilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 4,200 to SGD 4,800 per month.
- Full‑time permanent position.
- On‑site work at Jurong Island, Singapore.
