About the role

The Supervisor will support operational activities across the organization, ensuring standards are met and performance is tracked.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results
Create and implement standards and hold people accountable
Oversee business operations
Multi‑task and perform timely reporting

Required profile

Independent and fast learner
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Resolves issues and disputes
