Supervisor – Middle Management (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting targets, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety and efficiency across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to employees.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with prolonged periods of standing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
