Supplier Quality Technician

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a Supplier Quality Technician to support its Supplier Quality team. The role focuses on administrative management of quality data, reporting, and audit documentation to ensure high supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Supplier Quality databases and related applications.
• Prepare and execute periodic quality reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Supplier Quality GOE team and the broader SQ team.
• Manage supplier quality data, including KPIs such as ppm and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
• Maintain the Supplier Audit Plan and audit reports.
• Conduct analysis, statistics, and reporting on supplier quality information.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating quality questionnaires, CAPA paperwork, site‑to‑supplier communication, FPAP, and RCCA documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
• Comfortable working in diverse cultural environments and collaborating across multiple countries.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
