Supply Chain Business Manager 3

About the role

The Global Operations Group is seeking a Supply Chain Business Manager to lead finished‑goods delivery for the Major Module Remote Factory. You will work closely with Strategy Commodity Managers and Master Schedulers to align forecasting, planning, and execution with the Annual Operating Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically and tactically manage end‑to‑end delivery of finished goods.
• Define, monitor, and improve supplier performance indexes.
• Approve expedite fees and act as the single escalation point for delivery issues.
• Lead cross‑functional task forces for critical supplier recovery.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex delivery problems.
• Manage merge‑in‑transit processes and execute supply‑chain strategies.
• Provide daily/weekly delivery status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor product cost, prevent negative PPV, and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure material readiness for product and factory transitions.
• Drive process improvements in procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain operations and planning management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics program management and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Proven ability to define project objectives and deliver business‑focused solutions.
• High analytical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
