Supply Chain Management Analyst - Process Analytics

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Supply Chain Management Analyst in Singapore to optimise supply chain operations and improve efficiency. The role involves analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making, monitoring inventory levels and working with stakeholders to streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop forecasting models to optimise inventory levels
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor and report key performance indicators related to supply chain operations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies within the supply chain
• Assist in supplier relationship management and vendor performance evaluations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or a Master's in Data Science
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, IIPMR CPP, ISM CPSM or Indian Institute of Management Trichy
• Proficiency in English (C2)
• Office-based, rotating shift schedule in Singapore
