Supply Chain Transformation Lead – FMCG (Up to $12k/month)

About the role

The company, a well‑established FMCG organisation, is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive end‑to‑end supply chain transformation across planning, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. The role works closely with senior stakeholders to embed best‑in‑class processes, improve visibility and optimise performance as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise opportunities to embed best‑in‑class supply chain processes.
• Lead transformation programmes covering process redesign, capability uplift and technology enablement.
• Implement standardized best practices, governance structures and performance frameworks.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Balance strategic vision with hands‑on delivery to achieve measurable improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of supply chain transformation experience in FMCG or consumer‑driven environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across end‑to‑end supply chains.
• Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, operating models and performance metrics.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders at regional and global levels.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and change leadership abilities.
