Supply Planner – Asia

About the role

Campari Group is seeking a Supply Planner for the Asia region to develop and maintain supply plans that ensure product availability across assigned markets. You will work closely with local market teams, co‑manufacturers and co‑packers to align supply with demand forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish weekly/monthly supply plans using SAP IBP and Excel for markets where SAP is not deployed.
• Manage co‑packing, re‑labelling and LTO product requirements, including creation of purchase orders.
• Coordinate material procurement for co‑manufacturing contracts and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve availability issues, define recovery plans and escalate when needed.
• Provide inventory analysis, support decisions on stock settings, and publish routine and ad‑hoc reports.
• Collaborate with supply networks to optimise warehouse costs, lead‑times and delivery schedules.
• Execute phase‑in/phase‑out processes and maintain master data for co‑manufacturing brands.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demand forecasts and supply constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with local market teams and external partners.
• Experience in supply planning or inventory management within a multinational environment.
