Supply Planning Manager, APAC

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Supply Planning Manager for the APAC region within its Infectious Diseases business. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end finished‑goods supply planning, order fulfilment and KPI ownership across APAC affiliates and distribution markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own APAC supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead operational execution of order fulfilment, including block resolution, allocation management and transport planning.
• Coordinate escalation handling with commercial, supply and global planning teams.
• Conduct order fulfilment meetings with global planning, customer service, affiliates and distributors.
• Consolidate regional replenishment plans and submit them to global supply chain.
• Govern inter‑country supply allocation decisions and manage supply constraints.
• Define escalation protocols for supply disruptions and act as the regional escalation point.
• Support the development and rollout of new reporting tools and training across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning and order fulfilment within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, allocation processes and transport planning.
• Ability to collaborate with global planning, customer service, sales and affiliate teams.
• Experience handling supply constraints and crisis response across multiple countries.
