Sustainability and Community Impact Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Sustainability and Community Impact Intern for January to June 2027. The intern spends most of their time helping with the conceptualisation and execution of the sustainability report, supporting compliance with sustainability-related regulations and contributing to the NCS community impact programme. The team works in a fast-paced environment that calls for quick learning and adaptability.

Key responsibilities

• Sustainability reporting: assist in collecting, calculating and analysing environmental and social data to support the sustainability report and certification compliance
• Research and update colleagues on the latest trends in sustainability reporting, regulatory frameworks and sustainability in the technology services sector
• Community impact: plan, organise and manage sustainability events that engage colleagues and partners
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for sustainability causes
• Manage sustainability communications across social media, the internal staff portal and other platforms

Required profile

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of and interest in sustainability-related topics
• Willingness to learn and adapt, and an energetic problem-solving approach
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
