System Application Specialist

About the role

The System Application Specialist will provide daily support for business and CRM applications, acting as a bridge between users and vendors. You will gather requirements, test solutions, and deliver training to ensure smooth system operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for business application and CRM systems.
• Liaise with business users and vendors, presenting system solutions to both teams.
• Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and prepare technical specifications.
• Perform application testing together with business users.
• Implement applications and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience with administrative business application systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience supporting CRM and ERP (order & inventory management) systems.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Familiarity with SSRS reporting and data‑warehouse concepts.
