Systems Engineer – IV

About the role

As a Systems Engineer IV you will design, integrate, and optimize complex semiconductor fabrication equipment, ensuring high performance and reliability for cutting‑edge chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute multi‑disciplinary projects spanning electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, controls, and software engineering.
• Define system architecture, subsystem interactions, and equipment interfaces aligned with product and market requirements.
• Translate customer and market needs into detailed hardware and software specifications.
• Conduct technical design reviews, drive engineering decisions, and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and compliance records.
• Support system integration, calibration, qualification, and final product testing, and develop validation plans and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across electrical, mechanical, software, process, manufacturing, and field environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in systems engineering, semiconductor equipment, automation systems or complex electromechanical product development.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment and leading cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
